29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: Location: 201 Lowell Rd, Wellesley, MA On June 3, 2025 a, worker was exposed to fall hazards of up to 20 feet to the ground while conducting framing activities where fall protection was not used. Fall protection training was not provided to recognize and minimize fall hazards.
