29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1)(i): A program of periodic and regular inspections of mechanical power presses was not established and followed to ensure that all parts, auxiliary equipment and safeguards were in a safe operating condition and adjustment. (a) Worksite - Production Area: On or about 4/1/2025, the employer did not conduct periodic and regular inspections of each mechanical power press to include concealed parts and/or safeguards to ensure all components were in safe operating condition and adjustment.
