29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. If the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard must be guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired; and a) On and before March 23, 2025, Best Crown Management Inc., the employer, failed to prevent their employees (security guards) from using the walking-working surface of the Cintas Center arena where guardrails were not installed after the bleachers were retracted on or before March 17, 2025, exposing security guard employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet.
