29 CFR 1910.23(c)(7): The employer did not ensure that ladders placed in locations such as passageways, doorways, or driveways where they can be displaced by other activities or traffic are properly secured or guarded. a. On or about March 19, 2025, in the warehouse, the employer did not ensure that the ladder placed in the aisleway prior to the produce room passageway, were not displaced during forklift traffic operations. Employees were exposed to struck by injuries and fall hazards.
