29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2):The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work had the strength and structural integrity to support employees safely: Location: 19 Vine St, Weymouth, MA- 2nd floor and roof On January 28, 2025, workers were exposed to fall hazards and crushed-by hazards when a two-unit, two-story house collapsed due to insufficient lateral bracing and shear resistance. The manner in which the house was being constructed lacked the strength and structural integrity to safely support workers.
