29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2):Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels or equivalent intermediate members were not installed between the walking/working surface and the top edge of the guardrail system as follows when there is not a wall or a parapet that is at least 21 inches. a) On or about 3/11/2025 at the site located at 316 Colonial Drive, Horseheads, NY: A midrail were not installed between the top rail and the deck surface exposing employees to fall hazards when working on the Cumberland Grinder #3 deck. Employees exposed to falls of greater than 4 feet.
