29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical and inclined belts shall be enclosed by a guard conforming to standards in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section. On or about March 4, 2025, at an establishment located at 1800 North Point Drive, in Stevens Point, Wisconsin; the back side of the Bell Howell Mail Processing Machine, Model Ascender 16, Serial Number: A584850/0485A was an exposed belt and pulley drive used to power the driver rollers to move envelopes exposing employees to caught in between hazards.
