29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that the periodic inspections have been performed. The certification did not identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection: (a)National Food NW LLC, at 25351 National Avenue, Plankinton, SD 57368: On or about and at times prior to February 21, 2025, the employer did not certify that periodic inspections were performed or that the certification contained the information as required while locking out the Diamond 8300 Egg Packer. This condition exposed employees amputation and struck-by hazards.
