29 CFR 1910.307(c):Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location: a) Weyerhaeuser, Line 2 MCC Room: On or about February 19th, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire and subsequent explosion hazards while performing work in and around the line 2 Motor Control Center (MCC), which contained electrical installations that were not approved for the hazardous location.
