The certification did not identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection: On or about January 22, 2025, and at times prior thereto, for the Line 2 Fruit machine area, at the Workhorse Line, Model #: A-1-20-184, periodic inspections of the lockout tagout procedure were not certified by the employer and did not identify employees included in the inspection, or the person performing the inspection.
