29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical a) On or about January 22, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards, inhalation hazards, and skin/eye irritation hazards. The employer failed to ensure employees were provided with Safety Data Sheets, including but not limited to, Prime Guard -50 RV & Marine Antifreeze when performing drain tech operations such as hydrojetting.
