29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(iii): Flammable liquid storage in office occupancies was not prohibited except that which is required for maintenance and operation of building and operation of equipment. At the commercial worksite located at 2818 North Oak Grove Avenue, Springfield, Missouri: The employer did not maintain exit routes free from obstructions in the wash bay. An exit in the wash bay was blocked by a pallet containing buckets of flammable liquids that were not stored in steel containers.
