29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take. North Gate Ranch: On or about December 9, 2024, employees utilized a bull float to install a plug into an underground RCP waste water line without posting warning signs or providing protective measures while performing pressure testing work below 14,400V energized overhead powerlines.
