29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Building 3: On and prior to December 4, 2024, employees performed maintenance and servicing activities including removing the head saw brakes and cleaning the saws on the Speed Cut Timber Mill, MH6G - 20, S/N Y0559. b) Building 3: On and prior to December 4, 2024, employees performed maintenance and servicing activities on the Stealth Floor Truss Machine including resetting the overload relay after it had tripped.
