29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii):Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: Midsun Group, Inc. at the jobsite located at 2385 Campbell Road in Sidney, Ohio; On or about November 14, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the personal fall arrest systems utilized by employees were rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than six feet, nor contact any lower level. Employees engaged in the refurbishment of the top of the middle metal clad switch gear cabinet were exposed to falls of approximately eight feet.
