29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: Site- On or about November 12, 2024, unqualified and qualified employees using an SST40EIH-02 Versalift aerial device to lift utility lines were not provided with safety-related work practice training which included, but not limited to, approach distances to overhead powerlines for unqualified and qualified persons, personal protective equipment required to be worn when working near overhead powerlines, insulating devices required to be used near overhead powerlines, and de-energizing procedures required when working near overhead powerlines.
