29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(iv): Where it was difficult for the operator to maintain minimum required clearance by visual means, a person was not designated to observe clearance between equipment and energized power lines, and give timely warning for all operations. a) Oakland market and deli, under powerlines near highway 32 - On or about November 11, 2024, an employee had not been designated to observe the clearance between the overhead power lines and the Geoprobe Model 8150LS, exposing employees to shock hazards.
