29 CFR 1910.124(j)(3): Periodic inspections of all dipping and coating equipment, including covers, drains, overflow piping, and electrical and fire-extinguishing systems were not conducted, and deficiencies were not promptly corrected: Commercial Cleaning: On, or about, October 30, 2024, the employer did not conduct a thorough inspection of the cleaning equipment including tanks, ventilation, electrical systems, safety equipment and auxiliary equipment on at least an annual basis. Nitric acid, a corrosive liquid, was used in the cleaning process.
