29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a) Mac LTT Manufacturing, Inc. Shop Floor: On or about October 10, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to overhead struck by hazards while performing work on the shop floor without being required to wear Personal Protective Equipment including, but not limited to, hardhats.
