29 CFR 1910.147(c)(9):Notification of employees. Affected employees were not notified by the employer or authorized employee of the application and removal of lockout devices or tagout devices. Notification was not given before the controls were applied, and after they were removed from the machine or equipment. At 615 Old St Mary's Rd, Perryville, MO, 63775, On September 7, 2024 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the unexpected energization of energy due to not notifying affected employees before the application of control. An affected employee was able to turn on and operate a cooker which another employee was working on in the associated danger zone.
