29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder: a) Central Mountain High School, 64 Keystone Central Drive, Mill Hall, PA - On or about September 6, 2024, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty-seven (27) feet while using an extension ladder that was not protected from accidental displacement from workplace activities or traffic, nor was it barricaded to keep the activities of traffic away from the ladder.
