29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2): Hand-fed circular ripsaw(s) were not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator: a. On or about August 14, 2024, at 11700 S. BELCHER RD, LARGO, FL 33773, in the pre-assembly area of the facility, an employee was using a table saw to cut Marine Starboard/Polymer, during which time the saw blade safety spreader had been removed. The employer, INTREPID POWERBOATS, INC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (CFR 1910.213(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA number 1615279, citation number 01, Item number 001a, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/01/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 11700 S Belcher Rd LARGO, FL 33773.
