29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: USPS Parcel Support Annex, 1720 Chaparral Rd., Henderson NV: On or about August 09, 2024, the employer failed to ensure that an operator of a Toyota electric sit-down fork truck (aka FT#10) was required to look in the direction of and keep clear view of the path of travel to avoid striking employees walking/working at the package support annex.
