29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): a) Jobsite: 2250 E Cambria St, Philadelphia, PA 19134 - On or about August 17, 2024, the employer did not ensure that safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace known to cause skin burns, eye damage, and damage to the respiratory system, including but not limited to Portland Cement, Calcium Oxide Silicate, Silicic Acid, Aluminum Calcium Oxide, Magnesium Oxide, Aluminum Calcium Iron Oxide, and Crystaline Silica contained in the Lehigh White Masonry Cement Type N were maintained in the workplace.
