29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about August 5th, 2024, employees engaged in commercial baking production activities in the Roll-in room of the facility located at 4657 G Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117, where the employer has employees working without ensuing the residual flour dust build up on the floors and equipment did not exceed 1/32 of an inch in the Roll-in room.
