29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: (a) On or about July 12, 2024, and at times prior, an employee was exposed to chemical hazards including but not limited to, Champion Liquid Chlorinator (Sodium hypochlorite, CAS # 7681-52-9, 10-20%) and Liquid Acid (Sulfuric Acid, CAS # 7664-93-9, 36-37%) where appropriate Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) were not maintained by the employer at 2340 Hanson Road in Jefferson, Wisconsin.
