29 CFR 1926.502(d)(6)(i): Snap hooks were connected directly to webbing, rope or wire rope: a. 44 Hudson Street, Dover, NJ - Roof The employer did not ensure that lifelines were properly anchored. Employees engaged in residential roofing activities used lifelines which were wrapped around the chimneys and featured snap hooks that were directly attached to the lifelines as a means of fall protection, exposing employees to fall hazards. Violation occurred on or about July 10, 2024.
