29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(ii): Where mobile test vans were used to meet the audiometric testing obligation, the employer did not obtain a valid baseline audiogram within 1 year of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level: a) In the Sheet Metal Shop, on or about June 6, 2024 - The employer did not obtain a valid baseline audiogram within 1 year of a Sheet Metal Worker's first exposure to noise above the action level. The Sheet Metal Worker has been assembling duct work for 3 years and was exposed to noise at an 8-hr TWA of 89.3 decibels on the A-scale, or equivalently a dose of 91.2%, during a 485 minute sampling period on July 25, 2024, while assembling duct work.
