29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(5)(i): Non-self-supporting ladder(s) were not used at an angle such that the horizontal distance from the top support to the foot of the ladder was approximately one-quarter of the working length of the ladder: a) 1400 Bent Creek Boulevard, Mechanicsburg, PA, Worksite - on or about June 4, 2024, employees were performing residential roofing work, in excess of 18 feet above a lower level, while utilizing an extension ladder that was set at angle greater than one-quarter of its working length. No abatement certification and documentation required.
