29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3):Scaffolds and scaffold components shall be inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity. a) On or about May 16, 2024, the employer did not ensure scaffolds and scaffold components were inspected for visible defects by a designated competent person before each work shift in that the tube scaffold located on the East Wall of 600 Buckskin Trail Xenia, OH 45385 was over 24 feet high and had not been tied into the structure while employees were laying brick at approximately 18 feet.
