29 CFR 1910.23(b)(7): The employer did not ensure that ladder surfaces were free of puncture and laceration hazards. a) Ammo International, Inc.- Warehouse area: Employees were exposed to laceration injuries while using a damaged wooden ladder with visible protruding sharp objects including but not limited to nails, screws, and splinters. Observed on or about 5/15/2024.
