29 CFR 1910.28(b)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a runway or similar walkway is protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by a guardrail system. a. Manufactured Housing Enterprises, Inc., at a worksite located at 09302 US Hwy. 6, Bryan, Ohio 43506: On or about May 1, 2024. In building 2, the employer did not ensure employees were adequately protected from falls while working from the catwalk in the rework area. Employees performing work task in this condition were exposed to a 9 feet fall to the floor below.
