29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Surface conditions. The employer must ensure: Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. (a) On or about April 29, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the floors in the resin work area were free from trip hazards, in that the conduit for the electric and pneumatic lines conduit for electric and pneumatic lines were installed on the floor covered by mats, cardboard, plastic, and other materials.
