Employee(s) were exposed to fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about April 24, 2024, at a commercial construction jobsite located at or about 1501 North 86th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Employee(s) were working from the platform of the scaffold at a height greater than 10 feet. The planks did not extend 6 inches past the centerline of the side support as required by this subpart.
