29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): a) Facility-Wide - Employees working around wood dust generating equipment and collection systems were not trained on the methods and observations that may be used to detect the presence or release of combustible wood dust; on the physical and health hazards of combustible wood dust; on the measures employees could take to protect themselves from combustible wood dust fire and explosion hazards by work practices and emergency procedures; and on the details of the employer's hazard communication program, including how employees can obtain safety data sheets and use the appropriate hazard information, on or about April 18, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
