29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion. a) On or about April 4, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, conductors of the SO cable providing 480-volt 30-amp 3 phase power to electrical equipment in use by employees, were not protected from abrasion when entering a cabinet, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards.
