29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: On or about April 3, 2024, the employer failed to provide employees with safety data sheets at a jobsite located near the Prairie Star Parkway in Lenexa Kansas. Employees were exposed to chemicals that included but was not limited to gasoline during landscaping operations that included mowing and trimming.
