29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a)Smithfield Foods, Inc. at 1400 North Weber Avenue Sioux Falls, SD 57103: On or about and at times prior to March 27, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees utilized written lockout/tagout procedures while performing a line break on Evaporator 0205. This condition exposed employees to anhydrous ammonia.
