On or about April 15, 2024, at establishment located at 1025 W 20th Avenue, Oshkosh, Wisconsin: employees are bulldozing single and double stack gaylord pallets, blocking and creating unstable and/or unsafely arranged loads that expose employees to struck by hazards.
