29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. (a) 510 Kenhorst Plaza, READING, PA 19607 - Employees were exposed to fire hazards while conducting retail operations due to an unmounted, unidentified, and inaccessible extinguisher inspections on or about March 21, 2024. (b) 510 Kenhorst Plaza, READING, PA 19607 - Employees were exposed to fire hazards while conducting retail operations due to an unidentified, and partially obstructed extinguisher on or about March 21, 2024. Abatement certification required within 15 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
