29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(A):Retraining was not provided for authorized and affected employees when there was a change in their job assignments, a change in machines, equipment or processes that presented a new hazard, or when there was a change in the energy control procedures A.) Accuride Erie LP, on or about 3/21/24 and times prior thereto: Employees operate and perform servicing and maintenance tasks on equipment including but not limited to the 3M-Matic Dual S867 II "L" Clip Applicator Tape Machine. Employees did not receive training on the operation, hazards, and energy sources of the tape machines upon their introduced into the workplace to replace manual tape guns and glue boxes. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
