29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: On or about March 27, 2024, it was documented that employees engaged in laser activities in the North Building of Kinney Manufacturing, LLC, dba IntoMetal located at 3440 Gladstone, Lincoln, Nebraska. The employer required N-95 respirators for tasks including but not limited to cleaning out the lasers and emptying dust collection bins but did not fit tested employees prior to respirator use.
