29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i):When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge: a) Commercial construction located at 1199 Prince Ave., Athens, GA, 30606 on the roof: On or about 3/10/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while replacing the roof covering, in that fall protection was not adequate where most of the warning line system was physically on the edge of the roof.
