29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(ii)(C): Stored electric energy which might endanger personnel was not released. Capacitors were not discharged and high capacitance elements were not short-circuited and grounded. On or about the 4th of March 2024, at wind turbine tower; the employer did not require the high capacitance elements to be short circuited and grounded prior to employees working inside the component gear box to repair component(s).
