29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: On or about January 25, 2024, in the machine shop, employees welding on stainless steel parts were provided and required to wear 3M 6200 half-face respirators with NIOSH 6001 organic vapor cartridges. Employees had not been given a medical evaluation.
