29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6):At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: On or about April 10, 2024, Winding 4 operator was exposed to noise at 206.2% of the permissible daily dose, or an average sound level of 96.6 dbA as measured over 398 minutes of sampling. This dose is equivalent to an 8-hour TWA exposure of 95.2 accounting for the period of 82 minutes not monitored. The employer did not ensure annual audiograms were provided for employees who noise levels were equivalent or exceeded the 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 85 dBA . Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
