29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean condition: (a)Lloyd Companies dba Engineered Truss Systems, LLC. at 1400 East Benson Road, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to January 17, 2024, the employer did not ensure that floors of workrooms, storage areas, passageways and service rooms were kept free from dust accumulations in such depths that they can present slip, trip, fall, explosion, deflagration or other fire hazards in the Saw Mill area. This condition exposed employees to slip, trip, fall, fire and explosion hazards.
