29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: 942 Main St, Southbridge, MA: On and before January 12, 2024, the employer had not developed or documented any energy control procedures. Meat Department employees did not utilize any energy control procedures and did not isolate the energy sources of meat department machines during disassembly, cleaning, minor servicing, and reassembly.
