29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: Location: 195 North Main Street, Boscawen, NH - Back Warehouse On or about January 4, 2024, employees were exposed to a struck by and crush by hazards when the Toyota 8FGCU25 Forklift not examined or inspected prior to use. Ross Express LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard (1910.178(p)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1621768, citation number 1, item number 9-b and was affirmed as a final order on November 7, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 15 Page Road W, Hermon, Maine.
