29 CFR 1910.217(d)(1)(ii):Hand tool(s) were not used for freeing and removing stuck work or scrap pieces from the die(s) of mechanical power press(es) so that no employee needed to reach into the point of operation for such purposes. On or about December 11,2023, at the southwest corner of building 1, an employee reached by hand and did not use a tool to remove metal parts from the die area of a Bliss 21B-208-1 mechanical power press.
